Features & Fixes Details

New backend process to update accounts from Pending to Rejected (ECI Billing System)

For Utilities that work with the ECI Billing System, OpsAdmin now offers a backend task that updates accounts from Pending to Rejected. If the account has a status of _Pending _in OpsAdmin but it shows “Closed” in ECI, it is updated to Rejected.

Informative messages under MyAccount when autopay setup is required

MyAccount now displays a warning pop up so the customer is aware that Autopay setup is required to proceed with the enrollment.

Adjustments for the “Drop Account” option under Customer Support

The Drop account option under Customer Support now is displayed based on the account's ESG substatus. The following ESG substatuses enable an account to be dropped from OpsAdmin: Pending Flow, Flowing, Pending Enroll Response, Pending Enroll Request, Pending Normal Accept.
